Myra Kurn
Co-Founder Myra Kurn had a vision that she has been able to see come to life recently with the many outstanding things that the Ocean Enterprises Foundation has been able to do!
Myra, a certified assistant scuba instructor herself obviously has a passion for scuba diving, but also has a strong belief in helping others. She truly feels that no person should be precluded from scuba diving, due to physical or financial hardship. Being based in San Diego, CA with a very strong military presence, Myra has seen first hand the many benefits that wounded soldiers can get from scuba diving. Also being in such a great location for career opportunities in oceanography and marine biology, Myra wants to see our young generation have all possible opportunities to pursue careers revolved around the water, and does not want any financial hardships to get in the way of them getting up close and personal with our marine life.
